Taras Yemchura is a defense sector analyst. His professional experience includes work in governmental institutions (The National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities, Ministry for Regional Development, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine) and
non-governmental projects (NGO "Let's Do It, Ukraine”, Peter-Weiss-Stiftung für Kunst und Politik eV and others).
During 2016-2019 Taras Yemchura worked as an analyst of Transparency International Defence and Security Program, working on projects aimed at increasing transparency and lowering corruption risks within Ukraine's defense and security sectors.
Well versed in Ukraine's defense sector legislation and institutions, Taras has created advocacy plans for governmental and non-governmental stakeholders.
